I am extremely pleased to have worked with Mark Novak.  At every step of the selling process Mark was responsive, helpful, and professional.  He returned emails and phone calls within minutes and provided a wealth of information and selling strategies.  He also uses technology to keep everyone  informed, such as the 'Showing Time' app so that the seller can see who is scheduled to view the home, at what time, and when they leave feedback on the property. When it comes to service, Mark went above and beyond to assist me with a unique sale where I was called away for work and was physically not able to see the selling process through.  Mark arranged for professional property photos, lawn care, and even repairs once under contract.  I was able to close the sale from overseas and had the utmost trust that Mark was looking after my best interest the entire time. Finally, and most importantly, Mark gets results !  Mark suggested putting the property up as a 'Coming Soon' listing prior to the official launch on the market and within a few hours of the listing going live I had my first offer at full price.  However, Mark advised that a better offer may be possible and in under two weeks the property was under contract for $11,000 over listing (+7.9%) !  Not only did Mark negotiate a sale better than I had expected, he was able to  complete the sale in record time; 31 days from Listing to Close ! Mark Novak helped us purchase our current home in Feb 2018. We are so grateful for everything he’s done for us. Mark and his team were fantastic through the entire lengthy process and stuck through with high hopes and confidence during every issue we ran into due to the sellers and each issue was  handled quickly. He let us know his honest opinion on the homes we looked at and let us know when he thought a house wasn't a good fit for us. I would like to tell anyone that is looking for a new home or trying to sell a home that Mark Novak is the BEST agent you could hope for. I was quite surprised how knowledgable Mark was about the whole process of selling a home. He took some of the best pictures of our home that really made the house look great. He stayed on top of every detail, and suggested a few things for us to do to give the house a better chance of selling. The best part was the second buyer that viewed the house bought it!!! The house was on the market 5 days and we got our full asking price! I wish to personally thank Mark Novak for a job well done!

My wife and I chose Mark to sell our 100 yr old farmhouse based on excellent online reviews, and we were not disappointed. We were dealing with a situation where we were stuck in a house that we had bought near the peak in 2006, and was worth significantly less than what we paid. Mark works closely with a home stager who was able to make a lot of great recommendations to improve the looks of our home. 
Once the home was on the market, the amount and quality of the house photos ensured that we had multiple viewings and offers in the first couple of days. Mark was able to negotiate between several offers to get us significantly over asking price. We still took a loss, but much less than we feared. Mark was very professional in every aspect of our dealings, and did everything that he promised. We would definitely recommend his services to anyone in the area.

My husband and I were first time home buyers so we had NO IDEA what we were doing. We (luckily) found Mark while looking at a house in Parkville and we are extremely happy we found him. He's so funny and friendly and you can tell he's a master of his craft. He always stood by us and helped us when we were feeling less than confident about finding the perfect house. We finally found our perfect house at a perfect price in a nice neighborhood and we would never have gotten it if it weren't for Mark.
